Mission Statement

The Paramount Center for the Arts is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the presentation and production of diverse, high-quality programming in live performance, arts-in-education, film, and visual arts, serving the varied needs and interests of the mid-Hudson Valley region.

Description

Founded in 1981 in Peekskill, NY, the Paramount Center for the Arts is located in a historic landmark theatre built in 1930 with a seating capacity of 1025.

Currently, the nonprofit Paramount Center for the Arts operates as a year-round multidisciplinary center for the arts, serving over 55,000 people annually from throughout the mid-Hudson Valley Region.
