Description

Essex Village is low income/section 8 apartments. Essex is the largest privately owned section 8 property in the Richmond area. There are over 1300 residents. Essex has refugee's, families, seniors and people with disabilities.

Woodland Crossing is located in the City of Richmond. Woodland is a family property.
