Description

We invest in a community support network of 73 human service agencies that deliver 131 critical, prevention-based programs and services that improve lives and strengthen the community. We make multi-year funding commitments, collectively design long-term strategies for program delivery, share research and provide assistance to improve governance and administration practices.
