Mission Statement

Cedarmore Corp. Youth Services is the social services arm of Zion Cathedral, Church of God in Christ, which has been providing youth services for over 30 years, including a summer sports program, after-school tutoring, youth enterpreneurship, and other programs for youth.

Description

This program, Cedarmore's "Abstinence Education CSCG Program," is funded by the Nassau County Legislature as part of their "Common Sense" initiative to reduce teen pregnancies.

Our program provides workshops for teens "How to make healthy choices about sexual behavior."

We provide workshops for adults "How to Talk to Teens About Sexual Behavior."

We provide literature tables at community events.
