Mission Statement

To provide the citizens of Gordon County assistance to meet special needs, which may arise from emergency situations, such as natural disasters or other circumstances, which may not meet the guidelines as set forth by other assistance providers.

Description

Since 1972, the Voluntary Action Center has been a lead agency in assisting Gordon County residents procure and/or maintain vital services, and provide community programs which enhance the lives of local citizens.
