Mission Statement
The mission of the Palm Beach County Housing Authority is to be a leading Palm Beach County housing agency assisting with affordable housing (low-income and moderate-income) needs of families, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities, as these residents are striving for self-sufficiency and/or independent living. PBCHA resolves to collaborate and partner with key stakeholders that also share the mission of affordable housing, self-sufficiency, and independent living.
Description
The Palm Beach County Housing Authority provides Resident Services to Public Housing Residents, by linking residents to supportive services available in the community, providing on-site services and programs, and creating partnerships with agencies that can help residents improve the quality of their life.The purpose of Resident Services is to provide residents and participants with support to overcome barriers as they strive to reduce their dependency on subsidized programs. Volunteers would assist in events and programs for children and adults.
