Mission Statement

Our Mission is...Commitment: to teach, encourage and inspire a sense of love and respect for self, productive life choices, strong interpersonal skills, and instill a sense of hope in the future.Responsibility: to empower young people in establishing goals and following through on commitments.Possibility: to expand the perspective of young people to make them aware of life's possibilities. Our Mentoring Programs give young people an opportunity to be involved in a mentoring program that will empower them while teaching them how to love and respect themselves from the inside out.

Beauty re-Defined Seminars: Beauty re-Defined is uniquely designed to focus on the total person, from re-Defining the beauty of the hair, skin, hygiene, diet and nutrition and the inner young lady.

Interactive workshops focuses on assisting high school drop-outs with skills needed to complete GED programs and will also motivate, encourage them to go on to higher education or take up trades as well as job training programs and internships.

Transitional Mentoring engages young adults living in group homes wanting to transition to independent living. The goal of the program is to empower the young people to not only live outside of a confined system but to become productive citizens of society.

What Lives Within program that works with bringing what’s on the inside out. This mentoring program is designed to help bring positive changes to the individual’s life. The mentors encourage short term and long term goal setting, self discipline, the understanding of self worth. Mentor and mentees participate in monthly group and one-on-one sessions for a minimum of one year.

E-mail Mentoring to connect young people between the ages of 14 to 25 with experienced mentors who foster an academic, developmental, and professional relationship by motivating and encouraging positive life growth. E-mail mentors offer advice and suggestions on the importance of loving self and self respect as well as continuing education, job readiness & preparedness along with career choices.
