Mission Statement

To provide high quality, comprehensive primary and tertiary healthcare to veterans in the Kansas City service area, and to provide selected specialty care to veterans referred from facilities in the Western Orbit of VISN 15.

It is also our mission to provide education and training to healthcare professionals and to perform research that benefits veterans.

Description

Kansas City VA Medical Center proudly serves veterans in the greater Kansas City area in its main medical center and six community-based outpatient clinics.

To volunteer: please attend New Volunteer Orientation held each Wednesday at 9 a.m. in Room M1.271 in the Main Hospital.
