The mission of Faith In Action of Marathon County is to assist elderly Marathon County residents to remain in their homes for as long as safely possible and to maintain their dignity, their independence and their quality of life by providing volunteer services.

Description

Faith in Action of Marathon County, Inc. (FIAMC) is a community centered organization whose mission is to recruit and train volunteers to provide supportive services to elderly Marathon County residents, aged 60 and older, in order to help them to remain independent for as long as possible. While "faith" is part of our name, we are not affiliated with any particular religion; we provide a means for people to put their own faith into action by providing supportive services to elderly neighbors. Proselytizing is not permitted and we do not discriminate based on religion or creed.
