Our "artistic and cultural community of educators, shipmates, and supporters" is dedicated to preserve and promote multi-cultural awareness and heritage consciousness via accessible forms. We work to build artistic, cultural, and maritime awareness while recognizing multi-dimensional and innovative forms and creativity.

Description

We are utilizing art and culture as educational tools in a variety of arenas. We believe that environmental arts (public spaces, tall ships, waterfronts, etc.) provide natural venues to demonstrate these values and to involve citizens in reclaiming a living culture.

We believe that experiential education is valuable and work to validate diverse forms and forums.

We are particularly focused on involving underserved communities and at-risk groups.
