You and your family may expect that HCM Hospice will serve as your advocate in carrying out your wishes for medical care as you manage the symptoms of a life-limiting illness. Ensuring your comfort and maintaining your dignity is our mission. You can expect all staff and volunteers from HCM Hospice to have your best interest at the forefront of everything we do.

A skilled team of registered nurses, social workers, home health aides, volunteers, licensed counselors and chaplains are available night and day to serve the medical, emotional and spiritual needs of those facing a terminal diagnoses.

Services are fully covered by Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and donations from our community. There is never a charge for services.
