Description

Shiksha, a not-for-profit education corporation, was founded in 2006 to provide access to education through the use of technology to under-served communities to participate in an information age.

Shiksha's goal is to develop and implement programs that would help bridge the digital divide.

Shiksha's primary focus is to promote learning, academic performance, and workforce preparation among disadvantaged young people; and to provide youth and adults with the resources necessary for long-term employability and economic security.
