A fiscally sponsored health and wellness project/ InDependent’s mission is to create a thriving community of military spouses that supports preventative wellness by inspiring each other to make health and fitness a priority.

Description

By utilizing a preventative wellness program, social fitness program, and community fitness program InDependent seeks to make the lives of military spouses all over the world a little easier. Military spouses give so much without getting the support they need to make their own health and wellness a priority. By creating a culture of supportive communities of military spouses InDependent hopes that military spouses will inspire each others to make better health, fitness, and nutrition choice and to take back their independence.
