*Immediate Openings" Food Box Delivery Drivers Needed! If you are looking for a fulfilling weekly volunteer position helping seniors and people with disabilities maintain their independence, this is for you! Deliveries are made on Friday between 10:00am and 12:00pm. Food Boxes are already packed and ready for pickup at the Portland Open Bible Church. Each week you'll deliver to your clients, enjoy a brief visit and know you've made a huge difference to someone in need. We have routes available in SE, NE, N, SW Portland and Beaverton! You use your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed, 62.5 cents every mile). Valid drivers license and background checks are required. Complete training is provided. Enjoy a brief visit, help them put items away, and know you've made a huge difference to someone in need. You use your own vehicle (mileage can be reimbursed - $.58 for every mile). It's a fun way to make a difference on your own, with your family, or as part of a group. Shopping starts at 8:30am and training is provided. Orders are usually filled by 10:00am.
