The mission of the American Lung Association is to promote lung health and prevent lung disease.

Description

On May 17, 2008, the American Lung Association of Virginia is sponsoring an Asthma Walk. Funds raised from this event, will support the Lung Association efforts to reduce people's suffering from asthma and search for a cure through research, local community and school programs and through advocacy. The Walk is a 5K and various volunteers will be needed on the day of the Walk.
