Formed for the purpose of connecting volunteers with rewarding volunteer opportunities, and enhancing the lives of the vulnerable populations of Calaveras County by coordinating the 'safety net' program.

Description

The Volunteer Center coordinates the 'safety net' program, ensuring that the vulnerable populations of Calalveras County are escorted to their doctor appointments, the grocery store, the post office, etc.and perform minor tasks as needed.
