Mission Statement

We Dare To Care. We are a safety patrol that was established in New York in 1979. We are now in 177 countries. We are a visual crime deterrant. We work with the local police and the homeless. We walk in small groups, through rough neighborhoods and help.

Description

Please join us. We do not use weapons, but we do train in Martial Arts. We use our cell phones and our smarts.
