Mission Statement

We strive to empower people, especially those in crisis, through telephone intervention, and information and referral, every hour of the year. We strengthen the community by training Clinic volunteers and educating community groups in crisis intervention skills.


The Crisis Clinic provides a 24-hour centralized service to anyone who calls, offering crisis intervention and emotional support, as well as information and referral to appropriate resources using our database of community referrals. Since 1972, the Crisis Clinic has been there for people in need. Seven days a week, 365 days a year, there's always someone who cares. That person could be you.
