Google Ads Specialist About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Google Ads specialist to manage and grow our Google Ads grant account. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital advertising, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization. You will collaborate closely with our Donor Development, Marketing, and Editorial teams to execute effective digital advertising strategies that drive engagement and conversions. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies tailored to high-net-worth individuals, moderate-wealth donors, and Gen Z audiences. Collaborate with the Donor Development, Marketing, and Editorial teams to design campaigns that align with organizational goals. Conduct audience analysis and market segmentation to identify effective channels and messaging for each donor segment. Optimize advertising campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion, using data-driven insights and performance metrics. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance. Provide actionable recommendations and insights to refine strategies and enhance donor relationships. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for digital advertising campaigns to train future team members. We ask all team members to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week and to maintain high responsiveness through Slack, email, and conference calls.
