Mission Statement

Hi there, My name is Sivonne Stone, and I teach at Myers Park High School in Charlotte NC (the biggest high school in North Carolina). Next year, our school will be starting its first DREAM Team ( Daring to Role-model Excellence as Athletic Mentors") and is sponsored by the North Carolina High School Athletic Association. The Myers Park DREAM TEAM is a group of 12 senior scholar athletes who are committed to being drug, alcohol, tobacco, and violence free. They exhibit high standards of moral excellence and serve as role models and mentors in area elementary, middle, and high schools. We would love to have a partnership with you, so we can send out positive messages to our students across the county. Any ideas are welcome how to begin this process.
