The mission of Great Works Regional Land Trust is to conserve the value of our natural, historic, agricultural, forestry, scenic and recreational resources.

Description

Great Works Regional Land Trust pursues its mission by holding property and conservation easements where these values are present and by promoting the need and value of conservation through education and other related activities.

Our work is concentrated in the southern Maine towns of Berwick, North Berwick, South Berwick, Eliot, Ogunquit & Wells. To date (2007) we have completed 75 projects, conserving 3,478 acres in the most biologically diverse and fastest growing region of Maine.
