Through our everyday choices and actions, we collectively have a huge impact on our world. Managing waste has long-term environmental and economic consequences that can’t be ignored. In today's world, most people know that changes need to be made in the interest of our environment, but they either do not know where to begin or don't have the time. G.R.O.W. provides this needed support and motivation. G.R.O.W. helps educate people about simple steps they can take which will make a powerful impact. Simple conservation actions, as well as changing a few habits can save money and many valuable resources.

The key to our mission is a focus on environmental education through community outreach. We unite students, community members, schools and businesses to find solutions that aid in waste reduction, and beautifying the community. Awareness of waste issues, and promotion of practical, sustainable alternatives, leads people to make informed choices and take personal action.
