Mission Statement

Mission: Premier Community Health is dedicated to building a healthier community in the area served by Premier Health Partners through prevention, early detection and disease self management. We focus on cancer, diabetes, heart and lung diseases because they heavily affect this area and can be impacted with education and awareness.

Description

Premier Community Health provides free mammography to women over 40 in 8 counties. We also provide extensive screening and education to thousands of persons by distributing free colorectal cancer kits, skin cancer screenings, lung, lipid profiles, blood sugar, blood pressure and more at hundreds of locations in the Miami Valley region-8 counties. We are the site for the Ohio Breast and Cervical Cancer project to reach woman of all ages.
