Turtle Conservancy Core Principles:
Focus: we target our limited resources by carefully selecting projects.
Urgency: we take swift and decisive action to solve critical problems.
Global Approach: we investigate trade, demonstrate expertise, and collaborate with stakeholders on the ground, in the field, and in the boardroom.
Education & Outreach: we support, train, and inform students, researchers, and the public.
Preservation: we protect the ecosystems and the creatures within; we maintain a captive breeding colony for a few of the most endangered species as a last line of defense against extinction and to ensure future options.
Conservation: we preserve the world's biodiversity for future generations to experience.
