I have volunteered and coordinated volunteers for the Access Fund's TeamWorks project for the past 3 years. The TeamWorks contest helps me engage kids who don't yet volunteer because of intrinsic motivation. Thanks to this inspired program, with its generous prize (donated by REI), my youth climbing team volunteers in much greater numbers.
