Description

Cardinal Services was founded in 1954 to serve people with disabilties and their families. We continue to meet these needs today with extensive residential, employment and day service programs designed to fit the needs of each individual. Over time, Cardinal has grown to address numerous unmet needs in our community. Today, in addition to programs for people with disabilities, we provide crucial programming for children, including: Head Start and Early Head Start, WIC, and Healthy Families. No matter the program, at Cardinal people get the help they need to connect with the greater community, and that's what Cardinal is all about: providing essential connections that enrich the life of each person we touch.
