Description

Ross Mill Farm (RMF), located in Bucks County, is a foster care facility for Pig Placement Network. RMF has between 70 & 80 pigs in transition that are being cared for and rehabilitated for adoption to a qualified family.

Their care consist of daily feeding and cleaning, grooming, socializing, training and to identify their personalities to best match a family that is suited for each pig adopted.

The placement program is actively seeking and screening applicants, educating prospects on the keeping of pigs, doing home checks and checking references. After placement there is record keeping and follow up.

Funding comes from adoption donations, sponsorships, and fundraising by targeted direct mail and events.
