Mission Statement

The Community ending homelessness one family at a time

Description

Working with social service agencies and the Santa Fe Public Schools we partner each member of a family in transition from homelessness to stability with a mentor. Both mentor and family member make a two year commitment to work together towards permanent housing, stability and sustainability. Envision Santa Fe, through fundraising and grant writing, allocates $3000 per family during that two year period to help pay for one time expenses, such as rent and utility deposits, and unexpected occurances.
