We are looking for individuals to fill various volunteer roles and make a tangible difference in the lives of the 3,200 families we serve affected by muscle disease. It takes a special type of person to make this commitment, someone with a courageous heart and the determination to see the fight through to the end. Together, let's change the course of muscle disease forever.

Our mission with Team Momentum is to find treatments and cures for more than 40 different muscle diseases. We are a team inspired to honor the people, places, and moments that together make us strong. We believe that we can make the world one in which muscle health, not muscle disease, prevails.
