The Office of Youth Development (OYD) is committed to creating a community in which everyone helps build positive life-enhancing skills, attitudes and behaviors in our youth. These qualities are called Developmental Assets.

Description

OYD's Objectives:

Weave asset building throughout the City of Aurora youth programs.

Educate the community on asset building to inspire everyday acts of asset building.

Work with community groups to develop a unified effort toward community change.

Develop collaborative grant projects that provide positive asset development opportunities for youth in Aurora.
