To prepare girls for a lifetime of self respect and healthy living!

Description

Girls on the Run is a character building/ prevention program for girls in grades 3 to 8. We use running as an avenue to present very important issues. Our 24 lesson curriculum consists of topics on gossiping, peer pressure, positivism, and community service. During our 12 week session we train our girls to run a fun, inspiring, non competitive 5k walk/running event.
