Description

America Needs You aims to build a movement of like-minded individuals who believe that one day there will be no barriers to economic mobility for students with ambition and ability. By mobilizing volunteers we will ensure that low-income and first-generation college students have the support, information and access necessary to realize their career aspirations.

I have been volunteering with America Needs You for two years now and highly recommend the organization. The curriculum is incredibly thorough, structured, and supported giving you more bandwidth to focus on creating the best mentor- mentee relationship possible. It also put me in contact with my best friends in the city. The program instantly increases your network by 200. Best two years in NYC yet and looking forward to many more!
