The mission of UCP Heartland is to provide the highest quality programs, services and supports while advancing the independence, productivity and full citizenship of people living with disabilities.

Description

We provide help and hope to those with Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, traumatic brain injury, as well as other physical and developmental disabilities. At UCP Heartland, our highly trained and compassionate staff provide services in 5 areas:
1. Early Childhood Services
2. Adult Day Services
3. Family Support Services
4. Residential Services
5. Employment Services
