Mission Statement

Friends of BARC is a non-profit corporation that supports the humane care and treatment of the animals in the CIty of Houston Bureau of Animal Regulation and Care (BARC). Our volunteers staff our Wags to Whiskers Adoption event at BARC every Saturday, and an off site adoption program at a Petsmart store every Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please visit one of these locations to adopt a new member for your family!

Description

Walking, feeding, cleaning and caring for animals at the City of Houston Shelter. Off-site adoptions of dogs and cats at various stores and community events.
