Mission Statement

Heartland Presbyterian Center exists to extend hospitality to all God's people. This hospitality includes the nurture of children and youth in the summer camping program, hosting retreats and fellowship events, sponsoring educational an renewal programs, opening our doors for family reunions, scouting groups, community and nonprofit organizations, and even welcoming travelers from around the world as we did in the days immediately following 9/11. Through this ministry of hospitality we extend the faith, hope and love of God to a world which, though more connected than ever through communications and transportation, is in many ways moe isolated and indifferent to the stranger than ever before. Heartland Presbyterian Center's Mission Statement: In response to the Good News of Jesus Christ, the community of Heartland Presbyerian Cener provides hospitality and partnership for all people who seek to experience God's Spirit, communicate God's Justice and receive God's Joy.
