Bluepointe Research, Inc. is an International Nonprofit Research Corporation whose primary purpose is to promote appreciation for and enjoyment and understanding of the US and Asian cultural and language differences.
Bluepointe Research, Inc. finds that :
1) The world is comprised of individuals and groups from diverse ethnic, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds; 2) There are large and growing numbers of children and youth of limited-English proficiency, many of whom have a cultural heritage that differs from that of their English-proficient peers; 3) the world is becoming increasingly interdependent; and, 4) international communication is becoming a daily occurrence in government, business, commerce, and family life.
Bluepointe Research, Inc. declares that :
1) Multilingual skills constitute an important international resource which deserves protection and development; and, 2) nonimmigrants need help to better assimilate and take full advantage of economic and occupational opportunities in the United States of America.
Bluepointe Research, Inc. engages in coordinated, multi-component intedisciplinary research. Interdisciplinary research (IDR) is a mode of research by teams or individuals that integrates information, data, techniques, tools, perspectives, concepts, and/or theories from two or more disciplines or bodies of specialized knowledge to advance fundamental understanding or to solve problems whose solutions are beyond the scope of a single discipline or area of research practice.
