YOUTH HOPE IS A COMMUNITY OUTREACH OF CITY OF HOPE COVENANT CHURCH (COHCC) WITH A MIS- SION TO REBUILD COMMUNITIES FROM THE INSIDE OUT WITH COMPREHENSIVE, FAITH-BASED PRO- GRAMS AND COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS DESIGNED TO TRANSFORM THE LIVES OF DIVERSE YOUTH AND FAMILIES.
