Mission Statement

The Postal History Foundation is dedicated to promoting an appreciation of stamp collecting and postal history through the preservation of philatelic collections, literature and documents, and the enhancement of youth education using stamps as teaching tools.

Description

Programs and Activities at the Postal History Foundation include the following:

*Slusser Philatelic Library, an advanced philatelic research facility

*Stamp Exhibit Room with high quality stamp exhibits

*Postal history museum and special collection of Civil War artifacts

*Youth Philatelic Education program serving over 3000 youth across the United States

*Philatelic sales department with surplus stamps, covers, literature and philatelic supplies

*Full service US Post Office

*Postal history seminars and workshops
