"The USO lifts the spirits of America's troops and their families."

USO of New England is a private, nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide morale, welfare and recreation-type services to our men and women in uniform, and their families.

Description

USO New England operates in Boston at the US Coast Guard Base and Logan Airport.

USO responds to our service people whether their needs be recreation, information, family aid, or friendly guidance. From bases around the world, our heroes in uniform put their lives on the line every day to protect the freedoms we cherish. Back home, their families deal with the stresses of the uncertainty and risks that their loved ones face every day. Our scope, scale, presence, reach, knowledge and trust of the U.S. military, gives the USO the unparalleled capacity to meet the wide range of constantly changing needs of troops and families.

Thanks to dedicated volunteers, USO centers operate to provide a place to unwind, to connect to families back home or whatever else is needed to ease the burden.
