HEALTH: Overcoming and managing one's diseases as we as living in a physically, emotionally and financially healthy way

PURPOSE: Engaging in meaningful daily activities, such as employment, education, volunteerism, family,care-taking, or creative endeavors, resulting in the independent , income and resources to participate in society.

COMMUNITY: Developing relationships and social networks that provide support, friendship, love and hope.
