Into the Wild, Inc. - Mission Statement

  1. Rescue, rehabilitate and release native New York wildlife that has fallen ill or has been injured or orphaned;
  2. Provide for the humane care or permanent placement of non-releasable wildlife;
  3. Provide educational information to the public about wildlife, wildlife rehabilitation and peaceful coexistence with native wildlife; and,
  4. Encourage and foster wildlife habitat and health research and contribute to the scientific body of knowledge of the wildlife rehabilitation profession.

Description

Into the Wild, Inc. is a nonprofit organization formed in mid-2012 and based in Saratoga Springs, NY. Te organization is primarily dedicated to Wildlife Rehabilitation - the rescue professional care of sick, injured, and orphaned wild animals with the goal of returning wildlife to their natural habitat, "Into the Wild".
