Mission Statement

To provide fitness for the body and mind through fun exercise classes choreographed to upbeat Praise and Worship Music.

Description

The music is rocking and the exercise classes are fun and wholesome, designed to uplift and energize the mind body and soul. We are a Christian organization without association to a particular church or denomination.

Our model is 2 instructors; one high impact and one low impact to accomodate all fitness levels without allowing for comparison. Each participant is encouraged to work at their own pace while pushing themselves to the next desired level.

PraiseFit is designed for adults and families however the first and most important aspect arrives first with PRAISEFITKIDS!

If you are serious about helping the child obesity rate, empowering kids through positive messaging, creating a safe community and praising Christ through song, we are the non-profit you are looking for.
