As part of front-of-house services at the War Memorial Opera House, the volunteer usher program (OHUG) offers a unique opportunity to help audience members at San Francisco Opera and San Francisco Ballet performances as well as those attending other events.

Description

The San Francisco War Memorial and Performing Arts Center (SFWMPAC) is a landmark cultural institution owned and operated by the City and County of San Francisco. The Opera House is the largest and oldest building within the center, and is one of the Bay Area's most sought-after and unique performing-arts venues, offering the ambience of an Old World theater, with modern technology and the assistance and enthusiasm of volunteer ushers.
