Description

Centre for HIV/AIDS Education (CHAE) is a registered civil society whose operations started as a Community Based Organization way back in 2008 with mandate to avail information to the churches, schools and community. The organization has operations in 13 counties and headquarters in Nairobi- Riverside drive, general conference. Among the counties, we have Nairobi, Kisumu, Kakamega, Bungoma, Busia, Kericho, Nakuru, Meru, Embu, Uasin Gishu, Trans-Nzoia among others. The With this, we trained youths, women and men in all the counties since the organization expanded its operational mandate to become a national organization.

Our core objective as a society is to equip the communities with HIV/AIDS information and health related matters. We also advocate for human rights and sustainable community development. Our operations are guided by policies of the relevant stakeholders in the fight against HIV/AIDS including the National AIDS Control Council, ministry of social services.
