Firstlane Volunteers is a program that was started by National Excellence Work Culture Organization, an NGO in Kenya that works with local Communities in rural parts of Western Province in areas of Education in local public schools, providing Medical care at Busia District Hospital, running a number of Orphanages and more important creating HIV /AIDS awareness through a variety of HIV related programs.
