Description

We provide a variety of resources to help youth launch their organizations or business including: mentors, scholarships, awards, special conference invitations, media opportunities, a national network of like-minded young people, and start-up grants of up to $1,000. We promote this concept by presenting, conducting workshops, and participating in seminars.

We believe that young people have the creativity and the energy to create and launch new ventures (business), that can change their schools or communities. We believe it because we see it happening across the country. We also recognize that these ventures are the exception, not the rule. Too often, young people are not given the support they need to get their good ideas off the ground. Youth Venture is changing this by building a movement of successful young social entrepreneurs-- to change the way society views young people, and the way they view themselves.
