Mission Statement

Our mission is to strengthen families by providing caring, effective human services with a special emphasis on low-income families, children, elderly and the disabled. Poverty, child abuse, divorce, aging, disability, substance abuse and mental illness weaken the ability of families to solve problems independently. We will work together to eliminate conditions that contribute to the deterioration of family life.
