Beyond Hunger is dedicated to helping individuals overcome the obsession with food and weight by providing education, skills and support that create the ability to make nurturing choices. Beyond Hunger provides public programs that integrate the philosophies of intuitive eating, emotional wisdom and body acceptance.

Description

Beyond Hunger provides support groups for adults and teens struggling with issues of food and weight. Beyond Hunger offers one-day workshops and prevention programs in elementary, middle and high schools.
