New Leaders for New Schools is a national non-profit organization with one clear mission: to promote high academic achievement for every child by attracting, preparing, and supporting the next generation of outstanding leaders for our nation's urban public schools.

Description

New Leaders principals work in schools located in low-income, urban communities of the Bay Area where the schools have been consistently underperforming and students typically have been underserved. Their goal is to close the achievement gap by meeting the needs of all students. New Leaders principals believe that all students can achieve at high levels, and they work aggressively to ensure this.
