Founded in 1994, The Cultural Center encourages learning and creativity through the arts and offers many opportunities to participate in the arts in the beaches communities and the greater Jacksonville area.

The Cultural Center promotes the arts as an integral part of strong, vibrant communities and advocates that economically robust communities participate in the arts because the arts are essential to attracting and retaining businesses to the area and to defining the beaches area as a premier place to reside and to visit .
